Jim Bruno & Associates has developed, implemented and tracked programs and campaigns for a variety of local and national industrial clients. We have found, through experience with these clients, that a programmed approach to marketing communications is most effective for two reasons: first and foremost, it enables us to "round out" advertising and direct marketing programs with editorial coverage -- news and information about our clients' products and/or processes. Once the editorial pipeline is filled, we keep it filled, helping our clients realize maximum exposure and benefits. This entails developing and issuing new product and literature releases, features, photo captions, Q & A stories, tip sheets, backgrounders, fact sheets and the like. (In every case we will recommend the most appropriate budget level, and recommend the proper communications vehicle -- whether a series of advertisements, direct to the prospect letters or news releases -- and tell you the reason behind our choice.) Second, through on-going editorial contact, we actively seek out -- and react to -- special editorial opportunities. This further increases the frequency of client exposure through participation in round-up articles and staff written editorials that, when complemented with advertising, increases awareness levels to aid the purchase decision. | |
